The Romeo-Washington-Bruce Parks & Recreation Department has opened early registration for its Spring Boaters Safety program! The next offering is May 3rd at the Washington Center from 8 AM to 4 PM, and there is no charge. The course is open to all ages (10 and under must be accompanied by an adult).
Call 586-752-6543 x2 to sign up. Online registration will open mid-April. The DNR will later send an email invite to complete registration prior to the class date.
Reminder: Any motorized boat operator born after June 30th, 1996 is required by Michigan law to pass an approved boaters’ safety course and carry a boaters’ safety certificate!
