This is Jennifer and Nicole from TrueLife Academy, we are a nonprofit that serves adult individuals with developmental and physical disabilities. Our overall plan is to develop a day program and residential program in Macomb County, Michigan. We are diligently saving funds with the goal of establishing a brick-and-mortar location for TrueLife Academy. This physical space will serve as a central hub for our programs and services, allowing us to better meet the needs of the community and expand our reach.
We are currently hosting Tuesday Adaptive events once a month in partnership with Chesterfield Township Parks and Recreation and Wednesday Socials once a month in partnership with Macomb Township Parks and Recreation. We are currently planning a Scrapbooking & Craft Crop Fundraiser for March 22nd from 9am-9pm at the Chesterfield Township Community Center. We are looking for participants, raffle basket donations, and volunteers for our event. As TrueLife Academy embarks on this exciting journey, we are seeking support to help us spread the word and secure the necessary resources to make a meaningful impact.
